With fresh ingredients and fast service, Piaza Fresh is offering customers a new take on thin crust brick-oven pizza. "We are set up like a Chipotle. When you walk in you see tons of fresh ingredients and you can choose one of the signature entrées or build your own," Owner David Crocetti said.
After choosing toppings, the pizzas are placed in a 1,000 degree flame-fired brick oven. With such high temperatures it only takes two minutes to cook the pizzas. The quick service and the hot brick oven sets Piaza apart from other local pizzerias, said Crocetti.
