Owners of a Cumberland County restaurant are expanding with a second establishment. Carmelo and Tasha Ferrante will open Ferrante’s Pizza Italian Restaurant at 205 Pauline Drive in York Township, York County on Oct. 31. The couple also operate Alba Cafe at 4902 Louise Drive at Rossmoyne Business Center in Lower Allen Township.
They will be joined by partner Elvis Lopez, who operates The Pizza Shop Enola and Brothers Pizzeria in Newport. “We want to give people the ability to try different things such as the fresh homemade sauces. We just want people to enjoy the food we do,” Tasha Ferrante said. The shop brings the couple back to York. Carmelo Ferrante, who was born in Sicily, previously headed restaurants including Wood Fire Italian Grill in York County.
