Sara Juarez is not your typical artist. She creates masterpieces out of hunks of dough, covered in flour. She drapes them in brightly colored ingredients like red pizza sauce, sliced mozzarella, basil leaves and a few drops of olive oil.
"Pizza making is an art form," she said, sliding a pie into the oven. "Each one is unique and beautiful." Juarez is the kitchen manager at Siculi Rustic Italian Kitchen in Berlin where she prepares nearly 30 pizzas a day. That number easily doubles in the summer.
