On Tuesday, April 26th Touch Of Italy Opened up their Bakery in Lewes to culinary students at Delaware Technical College in Dover, DE. They were able to see first hand how the bakery runs and operates on a daily basis.
The Bakery makes all breads, Italian cookies, pastries, Mozzarella, Cakes, and much more. The students quickly realized that the Bakery is anything but slow. With three restaurants and the Piccolino Touch Of Italy located in Bethany at the Sea Colony, the Bakery is the hub to the majority of their fresh products that the locals and tourist can purchase at their convince.
