John "Guido" Magnacca has put a new twist on an old classic. Magnacca, executive chef at Pinnacle Golf Club in Grove City, said his Italian Twisty Rolls are available for retail sales. "The world's first and only finger pizzas," as Magnacca describes his Italian Twisty Rolls, consist of three Italian meats and cheese wrapped in pizza dough.

He said he's been working on the recipe for 12 years. At Pinnacle, a six-piece order of Italian Twisty Rolls is $10. Magnacca said the rolls, brushed with garlic butter when they come out of the oven, are served with marinara on the side.
