The location of the newest addition to Boulder's lineup of Italian eateries, Via Perla, which opened in March, shouldn't come as surprise to anyone with a rudimentary command of Italian.

It does, however, raise the question of whether there's an American restaurant in Italy called Pearl Street situated on an actual Via Perla. Gnocci Al Pomodora with house made ricotta dumplings, yellow tomato sugo, micro basil and Parmigiano Reggiano at Via Perla in Boulder.
