Polidori Sausage was recently named one of Denver's certified green businesses. Each year, the organization, Certified Green Denver, hosts the "Green Business Showcase," highlighting green restaurants, salons, offices, and other businesses in the Denver community.
This year's event was held at Linger Restaurant on Tuesday evening, June 14, 2016. "We moved to our new Park Hill location this spring, and one of the most important items with our facility, was to make everything around us as "green" as possible, said Melodie Polidori Harris, Vice President of Polidori Sausage. "From our office areas to our processing facilities, we have implemented numerous ways to be both green and efficient."
