Anthony Caturano is best known for his beloved North End Italian restaurant in Boston, Prezza, but he has recently expanded his roster of restaurants to include the newly opened, Tonno in Gloucester.
Italian for "tuna," Tonno features coastal Italian seafood and a variety of homemade pastas adapted from Prezza like shrimp fra diavolo with tagliatelle, spaghetti with clams and oregano and rigatoni with pecorino and black peppercorn.
