After the success of Angelina’s Kitchen in New Springville, the mother-son team of Angelina and Vincent Malerba will continue to expand their brand, with plans to open a 5,500-square-foot eatery in The Boulevard, a new shopping center being built in New Dorp. “Angelina’s Kitchen has been incredibly successful since we opened two years ago.
People like the simple, good food. They can come in with the kids, they can come in with a date, and it has a fun feel,” said Vincent Malerba. “This will be another Angelina’s Kitchen, which is family-oriented with more casual fare. We do brick oven pizza, a lot of pasta, a lot of appetizers and simple Italian dishes,” he added.
