For a true taste of Italy, there is nothing like Roberto on Crescent Avenue in the Bronx. And if you're hungry now, just wait until you see the dish the chef is cooking for us. To say Chef Roberto Paciullo loves cooking would be an understatement. He says he has had a passion for cooking since childhood.
Growing up in Italy, he learned to cook from his father. Now Roberto is serving up a taste of home at his namesake restaurant. His specialty is fresh pasta in cartoccio. That means the pasta cooks in tin foil. Roberto changes his pasta specials every day.
