Gelato feast in Manhattan Beach

Husband and wife team Alessandro and Stephanie Bonaventura recently opened Bonaventura Gelato Lounge, which offers handcrafted Italian gelato and sorbetto, in Manhattan Beach.
The Bonaventura's moved from Frankfurt, Germany in 2011 and opened their first location in Marina del Rey. They opened their second location in Manhattan Beach in February this year. Trained in gelato making in Bologna, Alessandro has developed unique flavors that have become award winners.
