At new Julian’s Market, the shelves are stocked and fridges are filled. With a staff in place ready to serve, management declares Friday, Aug. 30 as the Travis grocer’s first day of business. Julian’s Market is located at 3579 Victory Blvd. in Travis, Staten Island, NY.
Its seemingly modest space is chockfull of inventory between fresh produce with an organic component, dry goods and pet food, olive oils, imported cookies and a bakery department. There will be a strong emphasis on gourmet imported foods specific to the Italian pantry, said a manager.
