The team at Parm has a lot more elbow room at its new uptown outpost. The Columbus Avenue spot serves all the classic Italian sandwiches and platters its Mulberry Street location is known for, but has room for 100 guests, more than twice as many as the original. The space not only allows for more diners, but also a bigger menu.
“There’s a lot more range in terms of what we can do there,” said Jeff Zalaznick, one of the three partners at Major Food Group, which also owns Dirty French and Carbone, among others.
