The New York office will advise the firm's clients on Italian and European issues. Mr Pecoraro's practice focuses on representing non-Italian clients looking to make Italian investments or to establish and operate businesses in Italy.
'The United States has always been a key market for us. A significant portion of our clients are US multinationals and we felt the need to have a greater presence in the US to support businesses investing or operating in Italy,' Francesco Portolano said.
