With restaurant trends moving toward casual dining amid a refined atmosphere these days, it's easy to see why EAT Italian has been received with open arms.  "Chopped" champ Franco Franzese and seasoned restaurateur Maria Buonsante seem to have found just the right recipe -- pardon the pun -- to satisfy patrons since theyopened their doors in May.

The Rossville bistro’s giant -- both in its extensive selection and in appearance -- menu offers a vast array of appetizers, pastas, and entrees offered in Italian and in English. Executive chef Franzese serves a traditional “nonna-style” meal on Sundays, when everything from salads to pasta and “gravy” meat is up for grabs, in additional to home-style desserts
