"Do you see that couple over there?" asked Alfredo Seritti, chef and owner of Alfredo's Restaurant, gesturing to an older couple sipping soup at a booth near the entrance. "It's their fifth time here. They love the garlic soup."
Seritti and his son, Andre, opened Alfredo's two weeks ago near Sun Sports Cycle and Watercraft on Colonial Boulevard in Fort Myers. The restaurant is near two hotels and several businesses. "I have a built-in audience with this location," Seritti explained.
