The dine-around bunch and I had spent the day car-shopping with the Retiree in Greeneville, and a thoroughly pooped and over-heated bunch we were. The Retiree was looking for a hybrid vehicle of some sort. Her mentioning this to the sales force of several dealerships was greeted in each case with the same enthusiasm Jaws had for the opening of Long island's summer tourist season.
Escaping the clutches of the last finny frenzied salesman, our friend suggested we cool off at the nearby Casa Nostra Italian Restaurant, the newest addition to the Greeneville restaurant scene. "Did you say 'Cosa Nostra'?" I asked. "Just how 'authentic' is the Italian atmosphere they are trying for?" "It's Casa Nostra, not Cosa Nostra," said the Retiree.
