This week at the Miami Culinary Institute we had a simple ceremony to present the 2021 renewal certificate of “Marchio Ospitalità Italiana” to 8 Italian restaurants in Miami that have been awarded with this prestigious acknowledgment a few years ago.

The quality seal “Marchio Ospitalita’ Italiana” is an international certification that identifies around the world those restaurants that guarantee the use of genuine Italian food products and ingredients for their dishes. We are happy every time we have the opportunity to recognize the continuous commitment of these restaurateurs.
