Miami Dade College (MDC), in collaboration with the Consul General of Italy in Miami and the Italy America Chamber of Commerce South East, present the 4th Edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, featuring dishes by Michelin Star Chef Luigi Nastri and Miami-born Chef Giorgio Rapicavoli.
The masterclass will take place from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 19, at MDC’s Miami Culinary Institute. The class will include food tastings. A native of Italy’s Amalfi coast, Chef Nastri serves contemporary dishes inspired by Italian and international cuisine at Sensi in Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to that, he founded Eit restaurant in Rome, Italy.
