There is something classy about naming your restaurant after your street name. Simple. Modest. Unpretentious. Especially if the restaurant has a cool address like Eighteen Seminole Street. The restaurant is housed in a 100-year-old clapboard house that I am sure has interesting stories to tell if the walls were to talk.
We passed by tables outside, but it had been raining nonstop, so all dining was indoors. The first room you encounter is an enclosed porch with Cuban-style tile floors and seats to pause. We were early for our reservation, which are highly recommended, so we waited for a beat or two while enjoying the big-band and Sinatra music.
