Spaghetti Park, a new quick-service Italian restaurant, has recently opened its doors in Clemmons, North Carolina, bringing a slice of Sicilian heritage to the local culinary scene. Owned by brothers PJ and Daniel Bruno, first-generation Italian Americans with deep roots in Sicily, the establishment seeks to offer an authentic Italian dining experience.
Daniel, having moved to Winston-Salem 15 years ago, and PJ, alongside their parents Salvatore and Rosalia Bruno, have infused the restaurant with the flavors and traditions of their family's homeland. Drawing inspiration from their parents' journey from Palermo to Long Island and their own upbringing in a vibrant Italian community, the Bruno brothers aim to recreate the essence of Sicilian street food in Clemmons.
