Why break the bank booking a trip to Italy when the Sicilian Butcher, an Arizona-based Italian eatery, is adding a San Antonio location this year? Known for its 5-foot charcuterie boards, scratch-made spaghetti, and hand-rolled meatballs, The Sicilian Butcher is helmed by noted chef Joey Maggiore.

As of publication, a grand opening date or address for the first Sicilian Butcher location in San Antonio has yet to be confirmed. Having also co-founded Hash Kitchen and multiple other restaurant concepts, Maggiore noted via an official press release why Texas was a natural choice for expanding his food-based empire.
