The American International Club of Rome (AICR) in collaboration with the American University of Rome is pleased to invite you to a 2012 US Elections Debate.

Debate of the issues surrounding the USA presidential election with moderator Andrew Davis, Rome Bureau Chief of Bloomberg News and top level representatives of both parties.
Representatives from the U.S. Embassy will be present after the debate until 8:30 p.m. to provide voting information and answer any questions. They will also have the Federal Write-In Ballots available for those citizens who still did not receive their absentee ballots.
Marco Elser's professional experience includes being head of international market sales for Kinetix Measurements in New York, first vice president for Merrill Lynch Capital markets in Rome and London, and head of international market and credit institutions sales for Northeast Securities in New York. Marco joined AdviCorp in 2002 where he set up its capital markets for which he is responsible. Marco is the President of the Harvard Club of Italy
Alan Epstein is the author of As the Romans Do: An American Family's Italian Odyssey; How to Be Happier Day by Day: A Year of Mindful Actions;How to Have More Love in Your Life: Everyday Actions for Nourishing Heart and Soul; and Anything Is Possible: Real-Life Tales and Universal Lessons. He is the founder of As the Romans Do, a cultural association that offers customized guided tours, corporate travel retreats, seminars in Rome and Italy. A native of Philadelphia, he received his Ph.D. in European History from New York University and has gone on to become an author, commentator on Italian life and customs, and political observer. He has been active in Democrats Abroad since 2004, and speaks frequently on political matters.
