After two successful clinics led by John Franco, Mark Cardillo and Roberto De Franceschi in Rome and Nettuno last summer, the Italian American Baseball Foundation (IABF) returns to Italy for a series of youth baseball and softball clinics from July 13-19, 2019. Italian baseball and softball players born between 2003 to 2012 are invited to participate in one of five free clinics designed to help young talent develop into budding stars.
In addition, the IABF in association with Federazione Italiana Baseball Softball (FIBS) will hold a baseball prospect showcase in Rome on July 12, 2019 for Italian high school athletes desiring the opportunity to study and play baseball in America with the assistance of IABF and college-sponsored scholarships.
