Italian food exports set a new historical record with a 3% increase in the first quarter of 2018, approaching for the first time the value of 10 billion euro. This is what emerges from an analysis by Coldiretti on Istat data for the first three months of the current year.
This is an excellent result right at the beginning of the Year of Italian Food in the World, which confirms the potential of Made in Italy foodproducts for the economic recovery and the employment rate of the country.
