Giuseppe, Ignazio and Piero make up Il Volo, the young 3 boy trio who have conquered the Italian audience with their vocals. Il Volo won the 2015 Sanremo Song Festival and went on to represent Italy at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna with their entry Grande amore. Despite being one of the hot favorites to belt the Grand Prix, the boys achieved an honorable 3rd place in the competition.
