Dear friends and colleagues,
I am pleased to announce that we have a new US-accredited MA in Food Studies at The American University of Rome starting in the fall of 2015. The M.A. has a duration of 15 months; it consists of 36 credits (30 for course work and 6 for the thesis).
The M.A. is intended for students interested in how we affect the Earth's resources with our food choices and in acquiring transferable skills related to research, to the business of food and to communicating about food through various media.
I'll be happy to provide more information by e-mail, skype or direct contact if and when in Rome.
Thank you for sharing with your students and colleagues.
