The Protocol, signed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Paolo Gentiloni, the Minister of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies, Maurizio Martina, and the Minister of Education, Universities and Research, Stefania Giannini, sets forth an articulate action plan to promote Italian high-quality cuisine and products.
The initiative falls under the "Food Act" and aims to follow up on the experience acquired at Expo Milano 2015, in partnership with the Education Ministry (MISE), the Foreign Trade Agency, ICE-Agenzia, the Italian Olympic Committee, CONI, and the associations of chambers of commerce Unioncamere and Assocamerestero. The Protocol is intended to implement an integrated promotion, training and dissemination system.
