May 7, 2020 at 6:00 PM (EDT). Online on the Facebook page of the Italian Institute of Culture of Washington DC. As part of the DCJazzFest from Home Series, we are very happy to welcome back a group dear to our audience and friends: Accordi Disaccordi!
Joining us from their respective homes in Italy to our new digital stage, Accordi Disaccordi, an Italian trio with a gipsy jazz repertoire, will perform for us what they define “hot Italian swing” – a unique style combining jazz, swing, blues, folk influences, and famous film scores. A mélange that, while preserving an underlying Gypsy jazz style, is a real tribute to the sounds of famous guitarist Django Reinhardt.
