Nutella is the world's favorite chocolate hazelnut spread. Usually it brings people together. Not today. After the Italian brand released a commercial, the Internet's collective head exploded: It seems some people have been pronouncing Nutella "wrong" their entire lives.
Many say the hazelnut spread is pronounced nuh-tell-uh, but both the new commercial and Nutella USA, the American brand that imports the Italian spread, claim the correct pronunciation is new-tell-uh.
