Every American restaurateur is a little bit Italian too. As a matter of fact, they would swear on their half-Italian half-Irish long gone and beloved grandmother that their "Spaghetti Bolognese" is the best in town.
The recipe they follow is taken from the dear and precious heirloom cookbook that said grandmother hand wrote when she first moved States side. Too bad that "Spaghetti Bolognese" is a combination that doesn't exist in Italy.
