Steve Martorano: The man responsible for bringing South Philly to South Florida brings his Italian-American Thanksgiving fare to NBC's "Today" show between 10 and 11 a.m. Thursday. Martorano will demo the dishes he grew up eating around the holiday, including butter cookies and his famous meatball salad. Ought to be interesting to see how the wine drinking duo of Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford interact with chef Steve, who recently signed with Mario Lopez's entertainment company to make a docu-soap about his life. Martorano is also set to begin shooting Season Two of his web cooking series, "Steve Martorano: The Italian American Cook."
