Members of Corona D'Italia Lodge No. 807 held their Columbus Day dinner Oct. 13 at the Wolverine Restaurant. Treasurer Louise Vitullo and her member daughter, Patti Kuhn, registered attendees upon arrival. Trustee Pudue La Cava directed seating and ushered the guests. Orator Valerie Valentino provided and presented favors, including a pen with light and a 2016 pocket planner, to each person in attendance.

She was assisted by the sentinel Lois DiFrischia. Master of ceremony Mary Quintanilla photographed the event. President Clemmy Sirimarco voiced the welcome, honoring Christopher Columbus for his determination to find the New World. Vice president Ann Butchelli led a moment of silence in memory of and in honor of deceased sister members, all families and all military personnel.
