The Italian Republic tapped Miller & Martin attorney Ryan Kurtz as the new honorary consul general of Italy in Atlanta. Kurtz has worked closely with the Italian Consular Office in Atlanta for a number of years, the law firm noted.
In 2013, he organized an event for the Italian Ambassador to the United States with the help of the then-honorary consul general of Italy and the Italian Trade Commission. He has also participated in several trade missions to Italy with the Italian Trade Commission, the Georgia Department of Economic Developmentand the Metro Atlanta Chamber.
