An incredible evening with 10 cutting edge startups pitching in front of our academic and scientific community at the Plug and Play Tech Center. Above and beyond the Hollywood starts, Los Angeles is a global hub for innovation and technology.
With the Global Start Up Program, the Italian Trade Agency Los Angeles Office is supporting a group of motivated and talented Italian entepreneurs to gain knowledge on the enormous growth and untapped opportunities of the South Bay and its Silicon Beach. The occasion also allowed Director Alberto Acito, who made his way from San Francisco, to present the opportunities offered by the Italian Innovation Hub.
The presentations were followed by our second edition of our Networking Aperitivo organized in partnership with ISSNAF, that brought together representatives from the private sector and the local Italian academic and scientific community, helping to bridge the gap between these two worlds.
