I love The Dutch at the W South Beach Hotel & Residences, from the blue chip art collection to the culinary heaven on the property. All summer long they had themed dinners that I would attend with Katya Segovia Abouarab. The food was incredible.
Now, in lieu of White Truffle season, the Chef/Owner Andrew Carmellini of The Dutch will bring his wildly-popular Trufflepalooza down south to the '305' on Wednesday, November 20, 2013. The three-course truffle dinner has earned raves in NYC, where Carmellini started the highly-coveted event in 2009 at his Tribeca Italian taverna, Locanda Verde.
