There have been so many new restaurants opening in Knoxville lately, that I’ve had trouble deciding which place to try from week to week. A friend of mine who used to live in Cincinnati had been very excited about the arrival of LaRosa’s Family Pizzeria, which got its start in that Ohio city more than 60 years ago. Her personal recommendation was enough for The Grub Spouse and me to shuffle it to the top of the Grub list.
LaRosa’s occupies the end of a small new retail plaza at the corner of Cedar Bluff and Kingston Pike.
