Tunu and Yona Puri, backed by Zuma co-founder Arjun Waney, have converted their 1-year-old Lippi into this Mediterranean coast-inspired Italian concept.
"With Lippi having over 200 seats, it was too big to work," says Tunu. "We believed a smaller concept at 100 to 120 seats would be received better. It's really about the flow and the whole experience for each diner."
