Eataly Las Vegas at Park MGM is holding its second hiring event next week to fill more than 200 positions, according to an MGM Resorts spokesman. The event will be Monday, Nov. 12, at Park MGM's Presidio Ballroom from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The first job fair was held on Monday, Nov. 5.
Parking will be free for anyone seeking a job. Interested candidates are asked to bring multiple resumes and to apply online before attending. Eataly is billed as an authentic Italian marketplace, with a bakery, restaurant and more. It is scheduled to open in December.
