Caravaggio comes to the United States. Three celebrated masterpieces by the great Italian painter will be on display from 8 February to 6 April at the Muscarelle Museum of Art di Williamsburg: two versions of "St. Francis in Meditation" – one on loan from the Church of the Cappuccini in Rome and the other from the City of Carpineto Romano – and the "Buona Ventura" from the Capitoline Painting Gallery in Rome.
