Kevin Gentile has been one of Central New York's best (and best known) chefs for more than a decade. Lately, he's been well-traveled, too. His newest stop is Bella Cigna, the Italian-American restaurant located next to the Swan Pond, at 301 Fayette St. (Route 92) in Manlius.
Starting Tuesday, he takes over as executive chef and general manager of the restaurant, which is owned by Joey and Janice DeCuffa, who also own Joey's Italian Restaurant (and Pronto Joey's) near Carrier Circle.
