The dates are set. The program is in place. Tickets go on sale Friday, February 10 (that would be just in time for Valentine’s Day gifts…I’m jus’ sayin’). This will be fun! The 10th Anniversary celebration of the NM Italian Film & Culture Festival, with food, live music (from Italian pop to Italian opera), live dance performances, and recent award-winning Italian films that will make you laugh and make you cry – and a couple of them that will make you laugh until you cry.
What more can we say? It’s affordable and there’s plenty of room for everyone at Albuquerque’s historic Hiland Theater, home of Festival 2017’s outstanding beneficiary, NDI-New Mexico. Check out the festival web pages at www.italianfilmfest.org. Get acquainted with NDI’s amazing work with underserved children. Watch the film trailers. See what’s in store at the 3 fabulous events. Buy your tickets. Mix and match or go for the whole calzone – an all-festival pass for only $130.
Get in touch with your inner Italian. Be there! March 21-26 – and see why the NM Italian Film & Culture Festival was named among the top 5 festivals in Albuquerque.
