A new Italian restaurant is designed to give guests a full-range dining experience morning, noon and night. On June 13, Gemelli will open at 70 Westgate Parkway in the Westgate Regional Shopping Center. Gemelli is the newest concept from Anthony Cerrato, a chef and the owner of Strada Italiano and Social Lounge in downtown Asheville.

Gemelli is the Italian word for Gemini or twins. Cerrato’s wife, Jennie, is of the Gemini astrological sign and the couple has twin 2-year-old daughters. Coincidentally, the restaurant will open during the Gemini season.
