After getting its start in a showroom at the Palmer Park Mall, Fiat of the Lehigh Valley is finally getting its own home, and one of its fancy relatives is moving in, too. Brown-Daub held a grand opening May 1 on the newly built Brown-Daub Alfa Romeo Fiat on Hecktown Road in Lower Nazareth Township.
Laura Leueders, manager of the dealership, said the franchise arrived in the Lehigh Valley in 2011, and strong sales eventually justified creating its own dealer showroom. It also helped Brown-Daub land the prestigious Alfa Romeo brand. "Based on the sales of the Fiat, we earned the right to sell Alfa Romeos," she said.
