Verdi Opera Theatre of Michigan's Italian Songs And Arias Vocal Competition

Last Sunday, the final for the Verdi Opera Theatre of Michigan's Italian Songs And Arias Vocal Competition took place. This competition is considered as the state’s top singing competition for high school classical and opera vocalists.
Former winners, such as Michael Fabiano and Caitlin Lynch, are today performing with opera companies in prestigious theaters such as La Scala of Milan and the New York's Metropolitan Opera and the Michigan Opera Theatre.
