Italian guitarist Nando di Modugno will join the Wyoming Symphony Orchestra for a Feb. 8 performance that includes both classical and modern compositions.
The symphony will perform selections from Mozart's "The Marriage of Figaro" and the first movement of Tchaikovsky's "Serenade for Strings." Then the musicians will accompany di Modugno on Vivaldi's "Concerto for Guitar." Also scheduled for the program is Mozart's "Haffner Symphony" and American composer Michael Daugherty's "Bay of Pigs."
