Join us as we continue to showcase Italy's regional richness and diversity in our popular series "Taste the Regions". For the first appointment of our Fall term, we will discover Roma, the capitol of Italy and a perennial favorite of tourists the world over.
Thursday, October 15th, 6:30 to 8:30 PM, ICC instructor and Rome native Mirella Heimpel will take us through its history, monuments and local culture. You will sample Roman wines and cheeses, traditional dishes and tasty desserts. Mirella will guide us through Rome's famed piazzas, fountains and churches, including St. Peter and Vatican City. She will also introduce us to the local artisan crafts, farmers markets and songs.
