The Italian Cultural Foundation at Casa Belvedere, located on Staten Island, N.Y., offers a wide variety of educational and cultural events. On Tuesday, March 5, Casa Belvedere will screen the 2012 award-winning Italian documentary "18 IUS SOLI" ("We are Italians. Just not Legally"), which examines the law that denies citizenship to young people born in Italy of immigrant parents because they are not of Italian blood.
