As a part of the Italian American Speaker Series at Italian Charities of America, guest speaker Dr. David Joseph Higgins is a movie producer as well as a Professor of Italian and Spanish at Mercy College and the Chair of the Foreign Languages Dept. at St. Joseph's by the Sea High School in Staten Island. Dr. Higgins will be presenting his short film Pasquale's Magic Veal, a film on truth and humor through an Italian-American dark comedy. Discussion to follow with Dr. Higgins.
