Dr. Pasquale Nestico was born in Isca, Calabria, a small town on the Ionian Sea. A bricklayer first and then an electrician in his youth, he moved to the USA and received a degree in Electrical Engineering at Villanova University, PA. He then studied Medicine at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, specializing in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. He is currently the Clinical Professor of Medicine (Cardiology) at the Hahnemann University and the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Nestico has been granted several awards and recognitions, and is one of the original founders of the Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia, the largest privately owned cardiologists group in the USA.
